Owner and Beekeeper, Shelley, has worked for 24 years, producing and packaging fresh natural honey.
B.Sc.(U of Guelph), B.A.(SFU) and Mom's kitchen combined education have contributed to developing Dew Fresh Honey's artisanal technique of straining honey using low temperatures to keep honey natural, so natural sugars, enzymes and pollens are "unaltered" by heat, and "granulation" is natural.
